thereare是助动词还是被动词

     There are 是There be 句型的一种，另一种是There is，两者都表示"有"，确切地说是表示在某地有某物，前者表示复数后者表示单数，比如There are some eggs  in the basket. There is an egg in the basket.

      该句型有一重要用法就是"就近原则"，即be 动词是随着离它最近的那个名词变化，例如：There is a book and some pens on the shelf. There are some pens and a book on the shelf.

there are是英语中非常有名的there be句型中的一种。

there be句型，对于初学英语者或许有很多困惑，它是一个整体，含义是有，或者没有明确的含义。

there be在整个句子中做谓语。英语句子有它自身的特点，无论其它成分有无，但是谓语成分必须有。否则，就不是一个句子。
