then on有什么区别，since then和from

since then意思是从那时起到现在，强调到现在为止，用现在完成时态， from then on意思是从那以后，不强调到现在为止，只说那时候的事，用过去时态。例如：He has been ill since then.从那时起他就生病了。 From then on he became silent and lonely.从那以后他就孤单少语。
