it was that和it was when的区别

It was... that...是强调句，它就是个句套子，把它省略，句子结构，意思都是完整的

It was yesterday that i met Mary.强调的是我遇见玛丽是昨天，强调昨天

It was yesterday when i met Mary.这是个定语从句，yesterday是先行词，在从句i met Mary中，它充当时间状语，所以用关系副词when

虽然中文意思差不多，但是语法上还是有区别的。

强调句用it 还是It 的问题

例：

从句子意思和结构上看，本句属于强调句型，强调了时间副词later，应把when改为that。
