不是at後面要加the，是at後面連接的名詞，如果表示特定，那麼需要加the。比如 I usually study at the school。意思是我經常在這所學校(表示特定）學習the 不用於國家、省市等名詞前，但由短語組成的國名，或以s結尾的國名前需要用the。例如：

注：the Ukraine 烏克蘭， the Congo剛果， the Sudan蘇丹， the Hague海牙爲例外。
