oracle sql Developer连接失败

首先确认你要连接的connect string是否正确，你在使用SQL Developer时一般需要填入 hostname， port，以及service name服务别名当然也可以使用tns模式。

报The Network Adapter could not establish the connection，因该是网络连接存在问题，首先可以用ping工具确认远程主机可以连接，这样:

ping hostname

如果ping没问题的话，可以用tnsping工具再测试
