（1）connect with是和……有關，和……有聯繫 的意思.

（2）connect sth./sb with sb./ect to 的意思是 把……連接到…… 

Make sure the machine's connected properly.

請務必核實這台機器確已接通電源。

The two parts do not connect properly.

這兩部分沒連接好。

Do the trains connect?各路火車連通了沒有?

2、connect用作及物動詞：S+～+n./pron.

The radio will not work unless you connect these two wires together.

除非你把這兩根線接上，否則收音機就不會響。

Will this lamp light up if I connect the battery?如果我接上電池，這燈會不會亮?
