there is 後面的動詞形式

There be後面有兩種動詞形式:

1、There be sb. / sth. doing 

在這個句型中，doing表示的動作是sb. /sth.本身的動作

例句:

There are many kites flying in the sky.天空上有許多風箏在飛。

There are many people working there.有許多人在那裏工作。

2、There be sb. / sth. to do 

在這個句型中，to do表示的動作不是是sb. /sth.本身的動作

例句:

There are still many people for you to visit。

There are many places of interest to visit in China。

there is 就近原則，例如There is a book. There are two books. 後面的單詞加doing，例如 There is a baby crying outside.
