刷機時backupandrestore什麼意思

recovery介面翻譯：

reboot system now：重啓手機

install zip from sdcare：從SD卡中安裝刷機包

wipe dare/factory reset：清除數據、恢復出廠設定

wipe cache partition：清除系統快取

backup and restore：備份與恢復資料

mounts and storage：掛載與儲存

advanced：進階設定。

先選擇【wipe date/factory reset】及【wipe cache partition】進行雙清操作，然後選擇【install zip from sdcard】進行刷機即可。
