used to be的用法有什么不同，used to be与be

used to be表示过去曾经是，暗指现在不是了，其中used 中的s读清辅音，而be used to be表示被用来做…，实际上是动词use的被动语态，故s读浊辅音。例如，The man used to be a manager。表示这个人过去当过经理，现在不是了。

The stick is used to be a writing tool。这棍子被用作了书写工具。
