where are you? 指的是你在哪儿是一个特殊疑问句。 where does you不是一个完整的正确的的问句， 后面还需要跟其他成份，一般跟动词原形。而且也不应该用does.应该改成do. 才能构成一个完整的问句，例如，where do you live

又或者where do you work

where do you 一般后面加动词原形，表示“你在……（哪儿）做了某事”

where are you 直接表示“你在哪儿”，表示一种状态。
